Public Action against Industria de Licores del Valle and Dana Wine & Spirits Importers, Inc

Caldas State Controller found damages to public funds in the case Bapiros. Ex General Manager faces a fiscal judgment
of 2.400 millions of pesos. Industria de Licores de Caldas and Southern Wine are also involve in a Public Action against them
for violations to the public morality and damaging public funds.
